What Are DTF Transfer and How Do They Work?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are full- colour designs that can be heat pressed onto various fabrics, including Cotton, Blends and Polyester. They are easy to apply - no weeding or masking required. Simply press with a heat press, and you are ready to go! DTF

What’s the difference between DTF and UV DTF?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are applied to fabric using a heat press - ideal for apparel. UV DTF uses UV-cured ink and is a peel, and stick transfer for hard surfaces like glass, metal, plastic, and wood. No heat press required.

What fabrics work with DTF transfers?

DTF works on virtually any fabric: 100% cotton, 100% polyester, cotton/poly blends, spandex, nylon, denim, and even leather. It works on both light and dark garments since every DTF transfer includes a white underbase.

How long will my DTF print last?

High-quality DTF transfers typically last 50–100+ washes when properly applied and cared for. Wash inside out in cold water and avoid high-heat dryers to extend the life of your print. UV DTF stickers are waterproof and scratch-resistant for long-term use.

What file format should I submit?

We recommend a high-resolution PNG (300 DPI minimum) with a transparent background. We also accept AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, SVG, files. Anti-aliasing should be turned OFF when exporting PNG to prevent white halo effects.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No! We have no minimum order requirements on DTF transfers. You can order as few or as many as you need. UV DTF has a minimum charge of $15.00 per order. Custom apparel orders of 1 piece are welcome.

What qualifies for Same Day Printing

Sama Day Service is Available for DTF Gang Sheet Orders Over $85.00 submitted before 12 PM. Available for Pick Up Only. All other products are excluded.

Can I add other products to my Same Day Order?

To maintain production speed, Same Day Orders must include DTF Gang Sheets Only.

Additional Products May require standard turnaround times.

Can I Order Custom Designs?

Yes, We specialize in created custom designs for your apparel or products. Whether it's a unique logo, text or image, you can share your ideas, and we bring them to life. Please note: All custom Orders are Final Sale. Custom Apparel

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Policy
